Acceptance and Account Eligibility
By accessing the BAMini website, creating an account, entering the Console, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, along with any rules clearly shown during checkout that apply to your selected service. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms and manage its orders.
You must provide accurate, complete, and reachable account information and update it promptly when your email, contact, or billing details change. You may not impersonate another person, use an email address you do not control, or create accounts in bulk through automation to bypass service limits.
Account Responsibility
Configuration choices, node selections, add-ons, payments, and support requests submitted under an account are treated as actions taken by that account. Set a unique password, limit credential sharing, and update your credentials immediately after discovering an unauthorized login or order. Submit a ticket through the Console or email support@bookamini.com.
- Before creating an account, confirm that you meet the age and legal capacity requirements for entering contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Team accounts must clearly define who may place orders, view invoices, access connection details, and end services.
- Account details may not contain a false identity, invalid contact information, or misleading organizational information.
Service Definition, Node Locations, and Delivery
“Cloud Mac” means macOS computing resources accessed over a network. A “physical node” is the physical Mac mini hosting the service. A “dedicated physical device” means one physical device assigned for use by a valid order; the service is not a shared virtual machine and is not delivered by having multiple customers share the same virtualized instance.
“Node region” means a service location available for selection when ordering. The current catalog includes Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, the US East Coast, and the US West Coast—a total of 6 nodes. Both available configurations cover these nodes; actual availability is determined by the real-time response in the Console.
“Add-ons” means the +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, and Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chain options available in an order. Add-ons do not change the base model’s chip, memory, or base storage designation. Their prices are added separately to the order total for the selected billing cycle.
Estimated Delivery Process
- Confirm your configuration, about 30 seconds: Check the model, term, node, and add-ons.
- Validate your order, about 1 minute: Review the order fields and payment result.
- Assign a physical node, about 2 minutes: The system assigns a node according to the confirmed configuration.
- Generate connection details, about 30 seconds: Connection details are added to the Console for authorized users to view.
The steps above take about 4 minutes in total under normal conditions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. The order and system status returned by the Console control.
All nodes run 365 days a year. Availability may still be affected by your local network, public-network routing, third-party clients, project configuration, and events beyond reasonable control. After delivery, immediately verify the model, region, connection details, and base environment. If anything is inconsistent, stop deploying sensitive workloads and contact support.
Orders, Billing Cycles, and Public Pricing
Orders can use daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing. Before submission, each order displays the base model, node region, billing cycle, add-ons, and total amount in US dollars. Check these fields before confirming payment; submitting an order means you accept the configuration and USD amount shown on that order page.
BAMini offers only the two available models listed below. Chip, memory, or base-storage specifications not published in the catalog are not orderable configurations.
| Model & specifications | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BookAMini M4 Core M4 · 16GB · 256GB |
$20.1 | $54.3 | $100.6 | $273.6 |
| BookAMini M4 Plus M4 · 24GB · 512GB |
$41.5 | $112.1 | $207.6 | $564.7 |
Add-ons
| Add-on | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +1TB SSD | $2.1 | $5.6 | $10.4 | $28.3 |
| +2TB SSD | $4.2 | $11.2 | $20.8 | $56.6 |
| Thunderbolt 5 daisy chain (per device) | $1.7 | $4.5 | $8.3 | $22.6 |
Public prices help you compare configurations. The final amount due is the order total shown at submission. If pricing or the catalog changes, the change applies to new orders submitted afterward; confirmed orders are handled according to their order records and applicable billing cycles.
Unless the order page expressly offers renewal, no billing cycle should be understood to grant permanent access. Check your order status before the current cycle ends, decide whether to renew, and arrange data export for nodes you no longer plan to use.
Payment Methods and USD Settlement
BAMini supports only two payment methods: USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe). All base models, add-ons, and order totals are settled in US dollars (USD). The actually available gateway is determined by the Console interface response.
Verify the payment network, recipient details, amount, and order number. When using USDT-TRC20, ensure the asset and network match exactly. The payer bears processing risks arising from selecting the wrong network, entering an incorrect address, or transferring from an incompatible service. Card issuers may perform additional verification, which BAMini does not control.
An order proceeds to delivery only after the system confirms the applicable payment result. While payment is unconfirmed, a pending page, payment screenshot, or client notification does not mean the service has been delivered. If the payment record and order status differ, retain the order number, transaction ID, time, and verifiable error text, then submit a Console ticket.
Acceptable Use Rules
You may use Cloud Mac for lawful software development, Xcode builds, continuous integration, automated testing, Apple Silicon workload experiments, audio and video processing, and other computing tasks permitted by these terms. You are responsible for code, data, dependencies, automation scripts, access credentials, and activity under your account.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, cyberattacks, spam distribution, bypassing technical restrictions, resource abuse, or infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights.
Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Scanning, probing, or accessing systems, accounts, networks, or data you are not authorized to control.
- Creating, hosting, executing, or distributing malware, ransomware, backdoors, credential-stealing tools, or destructive scripts.
- Disrupting nodes, the platform, or other services through high-frequency automation, abnormal network requests, or sustained resource consumption.
- Bypassing account, order, payment, regional, or security controls, or helping others do so.
- Uploading, processing, or distributing source code, media, personal information, or protected content you are not authorized to use.
- Sharing connection credentials with unauthorized people or concealing the actual operator through a shared account.
Our support team will never ask for your account password, recovery code, or private key. When submitting diagnostic information, provide the order number, node region, model, time of occurrence, complete error text, client version, and reproduction steps. Remove unnecessary keys and sensitive data from logs.
Suspension, Termination, and Data Migration
BAMini may restrict, suspend, or terminate an order if payment is incomplete, account or order information cannot be verified, the acceptable-use rules are violated, or continued operation could create a clear security risk. The scope of action depends on the nature, impact, urgency, and feasible risk controls involved.
Without increasing the risk, the platform may ask you to provide more information, stop specific tasks, update credentials, correct configuration, or complete payment. For activity causing unauthorized access, malicious distribution, or clear damage, access may first be restricted, followed by instructions recorded through the account email or Console.
Data Responsibilities Before an Order Ends
Before an order ends, you terminate it, or you migrate, export project code, build artifacts, logs, configuration, key material, and other data you need to retain, and verify that the exported copy is readable. BAMini does not replace your version control, backup strategy, or business continuity arrangements.
- First stop build tasks and automation that may continue writing to disk.
- Verify that repositories, build caches, artifact directories, and project logs have been migrated.
- Revoke node credentials no longer in use from scripts, runners, and third-party tools.
- Confirm the order status in the Console and retain necessary billing and support records.
After an order ends, the physical node enters the reclamation and reassignment process. Do not rely on continued device access after the order ends to complete migration, and do not treat unexported data as data the platform must retain indefinitely. If security or legal requirements restrict an action, the platform may adjust the processing sequence within the applicable scope.
Service Boundaries, Liability Limits, and Changes
BAMini provides the model, node region, term, and add-ons listed in the confirmed order. The remote Cloud Mac experience may be affected by your local network, public-network routing, client software, project dependencies, third-party code-hosting services, and configuration. The platform is responsible for order processing, node assignment, account access, and support processes within its control; you are responsible for projects, data, dependencies, and task activity within the operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any limitation of liability is based on the connection to the relevant order, direct losses, and losses that could reasonably have been foreseen. Losses caused by your misconfiguration, exposed credentials, unauthorized sharing, third-party dependency failures, public-network changes, events beyond reasonable control, or breach of these terms are determined according to actual control and applicable law.
These terms do not exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law and will be replaced by an enforceable rule that most closely reflects the original purpose.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based, without affecting mandatory rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive by agreement. The parties should first verify disputed facts through account records, order details, and written support communications. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
Terms Updates
BAMini may update these terms in response to changes in the service catalog, billing processes, security requirements, legal obligations, or operations. Material changes will be announced through the website, account email, or an appropriate method in the Console. Updated terms apply to access, account activity, and new orders occurring after they take effect; changes requiring your explicit acceptance will request confirmation in the relevant process.
If you have questions about these terms, order records, or liability boundaries, submit a Console ticket or email support@bookamini.com. Include the order number and the specific section location. Do not send your account password, recovery code, or private key.
